Cogniblox builds Learning Rooms — small, focused spaces where you master one subject the way memory actually works: in bite-sized blocks, by recalling what you learn, and by revisiting it at just the right time.
One room open now — the Microbes Room.

A Learning Room is a self-contained space dedicated to a single topic — broken into blocks, built around practice, and designed so the knowledge actually sticks.
Explore the invisible world living all around — and inside — us. Meet the bacteria, viruses and fungi that make us ill, keep us well, and quietly run the planet.
New Learning Rooms are being built one careful block at a time. Got a topic you'd love to see? It might be next.
Every room is shaped by a few well-established findings about how human memory forms — not by what looks impressive on a screen.
Working memory can only juggle a few things at once. We split big topics into small blocks that fit comfortably, so you're never trying to hold too much at the same time.
Working memory · Miller & CowanYou remember what you pull out of your head far better than what you read into it. So every block is built around answering questions, not passively reviewing.
The testing effectWe forget quickly at first, then slower. Revisiting a block just before you'd forget it is when memory strengthens most — so blocks come back on a deliberate schedule.
The forgetting curve · EbbinghausChunking, the testing effect and the spacing effect are some of the most robust, repeatedly-replicated results in learning research. Cogniblox simply puts them to work.
Cogniblox started from one simple belief: learning should be built around how memory actually works — not around how textbooks happen to be organised.
Most study tools are designed to look productive: endless videos, walls of notes, content you scroll past and forget by the weekend. We wanted the opposite — something small, focused and genuinely effective.
So we build Learning Rooms. Each one takes a single topic, breaks it into manageable blocks, and teaches it through active recall and well-timed review. No fluff, no filler — just the things that make knowledge stick.
We're only getting started. The Microbes Room is open now, and there's plenty more to build.
